Job Description:
Customer Connection - You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. Building Value - At Consumer Cellular, we say, “People come for the price, but stay for the experience.” Overcoming Objections – You are able to overcome objections by addressing concerns. Closing the Sales by Welcoming Customers to the Family – You’ll recognize the right time to close the sale. Integrity and Accuracy - Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools. Being a Team Player – We celebrate, we laugh, and we respect each other’s strengths and differences. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail) Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company Benefits:
