• Work on advanced HVAC systems, including VRF, VRV, geothermal, and high-efficiency equipment

• Lead HVAC service and installation teams in Mahopac, New York and surrounding Putnam County areas

• Supervise field operations while actively working alongside technicians

• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet service and project timelines

• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment across job sites

• Ensure all work meets specifications, codes, and company standards

• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain safe job sites

• Communicate with service managers, project managers, and team members

• Track job progress, labor hours, and material usage

• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and timecards

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

• 8 to 10 plus years of HVAC field service experience, including central air, VRV, VRF, and gas furnaces

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC service or installation

• EPA Universal 608 certification required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

• Experience with service software, such as ServiceTitan, preferred

• Demonstrated alignment with company values and accountability mindset
