The Team

In this role,youllbe working in a teamthat play akey part in the profitable development of the business across the UK, as well as our widerMidMarketportfolio.Youllhave the opportunity to use yourexpertiseto underwrite new business,support existing portfolios and build meaningful ,longtermrelationships with our broker partners.

What you can expect in this role

  • Youll play a key role in the underwriting of both new and existing business across commercial motor trade

  • Youll work closely with colleagues and brokers , helping to build and maintain trusted relationships

  • Youll contribute to the teams commitment to exceeding internal and externing service levels , focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Youll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role

  • Youll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed

What you might bring

  • Experience in motor trade underwriting , working for an insurance and/or broker

  • Skills in trading , with a willingness to learn and ask questions

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas

  • An organised, thoughtful way of working

  • A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
