Enable designers to use AI tools understanding the design system for generating compliant code. Connect design system to AI layer, shrinking the gap between design and production. Collaborate with Design Engineer and cross-functional teams for platform usability. Requirements:
Deep experience with design system architecture across Figma and code. Hands-on work integrating AI into design and engineering workflows – MCPs, LLM integrations, automation. Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to production code. Scripting or plugin development experience (Figma plugins, APIs, or similar). A track record of building systems that serve audiences beyond designers and engineers. Comfort defining and tracking what success looks like: adoption, speed, consistency, design-to-production fidelity. Benefits:
