Job Description:
Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team. Generate software renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers. Update CRM projects and opportunities. Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the Sales team. Support the lead management process for the sales team. Process equipment orders as needed. Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations. Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements. Assist the team with any specific business growth initiatives. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience accepted) Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology Highly organized with excellent follow up skills Self-motivated Excellent written and oral communication skills required with exceptional listening skills Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail Valid driver’s license Benefits:
