Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the systems engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance. Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Define and maintain enterprise-level systems engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks. Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in science or engineering Master's degree or PhD preferred At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience Experience leading globally distributed teams Success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups.
