Implement body cameras, in-car video systems, digital evidence management systems, and real time command center software. Responsible for being the technical solution owner of a project. Provide system as-built documentation. Identify interface requirements and solicit system implementation team for design. Conduct customer facing technical requirements discovery sessions for system configuration (Conference Call or In Person). Builds relationships with sales, project managers, internal engineering, product, and key technical subject matter expert teams within the organization. Ability to provide customer product training (both in-person and virtual). Survey, design, install and maintain the infrastructure supporting wireless communications systems at Client site. Requirements:
4+ years of Public Safety software application system implementation experience Computer hardware sizing, configuration and implementation experience TCP/IP computer networking and design experience (wired and wireless) Ability to pass a background check and/or security clearance for a customer as necessary LTE Network Modem/Router background Technical writing experience and the ability to deliver technical information to a nontechnical audience Basic knowledge of Radio Voice Communications Networks Basic knowledge of Motorola Solutions Public Safety Applications Knowledge of Public Safety operations Benefits:
