Mechanical Project Engineer - Milan We are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a large Data Centre project based in Milan. In this role you will ensure that complex construction projects run smoothly from concept to installation. Youll play a key part in keeping projects aligned, buildable and on track, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to prevent issues before they arise and keep progress moving forward. Responsibilities Coordinate design documents and ensure buildable, compliant drawings Support project handovers, progress reporting, and technical reviews Identify value engineering opportunities Manage RFIs, procurement tracking, and equipment deliveries Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance Collaborate with designers, contractors, and site teams Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Experience in construction or data centre projects Strong technical drawing and coordination skills Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Effective communication and teamwork skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, site-based role Benefits Salary €80,000 - €90,000 DOE.
