Site Engineer Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €50,000-€70,000 DOE The Company An established, Tier 1 main contractor operating within the large-scale construction sector. The business delivers commercial, residential and mixed-use projects across Ireland and the UK. With a long trading history and a strong pipeline of work, the company is recognised for quality delivery, strong site culture, and long-term career opportunities. The Role As Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects in Dublin, working closely with site and project teams. Setting out works from drawings, surveys and as-built information Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and layouts Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site Planning works to meet programme and delivery targets Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives Ensuring works meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance Managing materials, records and site documentation This is a hands-on Site Engineer role with real ownership on live projects. The Person This role is open to a range of suitable backgrounds to broaden appeal. Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Typically 2-3+ years' post-qualification experience, but strong alternatives considered Backgrounds may include Site Engineer, Junior Engineer, Graduate Engineer stepping up Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, organised and quality-focused Confident working as part of a site team Full driving licence required The Package €50,000-€70,000 salary, depending on experience Company vehicle Pension scheme Long-term stability with an established contractor Clear progression opportunities as projects and responsibilities grow Contact Colin Freeman for more information Skills: site engineer construction building conservation commercial Benefits: pension vehicle
