Sales Representative

Location: Grand Island, NE 68801

Express Pawn is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. In this role, you will assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning items while providing excellent customer service. No prior pawnbroker experience is requiredwe will train the right candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys working with people.

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, pawn transactions, and product inquiries.
• Evaluate items brought in for pawn or sale and determine appropriate values (training provided).
• Process sales and loan transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and merchandise properly displayed.
• Learn about product values, market trends, and resale pricing.
• Follow company policies and ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal pawnbroking regulations.
• Work with team members to meet store goals and support daily operations.

• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn product evaluation and pawn industry practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
