Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Events Assistant role based in Charlotte, NC. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of events, ensure smooth operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and assist in the coordination of on-site logistics. Additional responsibilities include engaging with potential participants, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to deliver successful event outcomes. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication Experience or demonstrated interest in Event Planning and Event Management Proven Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment High level of professionalism and a positive attitude Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when required
