Culinary Philosophy Seasonal, regionally inspired cuisine grounded in Mexican and Southwestern traditions Respect for ingredients, their origin, and the people who produce them Execution with consistency, care, and attention to detail A kitchen culture built on learning, collaboration, and craftsmanship Key Responsibilities Assist with ingredient preparation and mise en place under the direction of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef Execute basic cooking tasks with accuracy and consistency Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations Follow established recipes, techniques, and kitchen standards Assist in preparing components (sauces, garnishes, prep items, etc.) Support the team to ensure efficient service flow Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (HACCP) Actively learn kitchen techniques, processes, and standards Qualifications 0–2 years of kitchen experience or formal culinary training Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation (preferred) Profile & Attributes Positive attitude and strong work ethic Curiosity about ingredients, cuisine, and culinary techniques Attention to detail and discipline in execution Ability to work as part of a team Reliability and punctuality Energy and focus during service Position Details Employment Type:
