The Role We're on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and detail-obsessed Wedding & Event Coordinator to bring our clients' dream events to life — from intimate gatherings to full-scale weddings. Who We're Looking For We need someone who is: ⚡ Energetic, fun, and a true people-person A self-starter and go-getter who takes initiative Great at sales — you know how to close a deal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexible and able to adapt on the fly ⏰ Punctual and reliable — always Responsibilities Manage client communications via email and phone — promptly and professionally Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure flawless event execution Tour and showcase our homes and farm venue to prospective clients Close bookings and drive sales with confidence and enthusiasm Keep event timelines, calendars, and logistics organized and on track ✅ Requirements ✔ Prior experience in wedding coordination, event planning, or a related field ✔ Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to Woodbury, NY ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals ✔ Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed How to Apply Think you're the one?
