Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our Tampa team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining strong client relationships by providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancement strategies.
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and assist with client retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, or customer care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
