Salary Range: $75 - 80k /year - Plus bonus opportunity - Based on experience
CR&R is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to oversee daily route execution, driver performance, and service reliability across assigned operations. This role sits at the center of operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity while supporting frontline teams that deliver essential services every day.

What You'll Do
* Lead daily route execution and driver performance

* Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
* Resolve service issues and support customer needs
* Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
