5 panel, Standard package with enhanced nationwide, Direct send**SHIFT DAYS AND HOURS NEED VERIFIED AND UPDATED****PAY RATE AND MU NEED VERIFIED AND UPDATED**Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practiceswarehouse management system experience?JOB SUMMARYThe Administrative Customer Coordinator provides clerical support as it pertains to the warehouse, transportation, inventory, or general offices.RESPONSIBILITIES• Interacts with customer and contractors - answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims. 30%• Coords processing of export orders, filling out export paperwork, generates export labels, maintaining export paperwork. 15%• Processes returns in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintains paperwork. 15%• Performs admin tasks for area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 15%• Pallet management - orders CHEP and white wood pallets for the site, reconciliation of pallet count, research into large pallet system variances. 15%• Using the location's WMS system, updates area or shift metrics as needed. 10%
