Job Overview:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will provide essential health care services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Utilize your advanced skills to perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures and technical tasks to produce images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. Exercise professional judgment and maintain a demeanor that upholds medical ethics while delivering compassionate care during procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of an AMA approved radiologic technologist training program
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire, or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire
  • California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 6 months of recent experience within the last year, or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience with no more than a 1-year absence from nuclear medicine

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (not required if a recent graduate from an approved technician training program)
