Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming shipments: Receive, inspect, and verify the contents of deliveries against purchase orders received, to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Coordination with departments and vendors: Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies, damages, and/or shortages
    • Keeping Receiving Problem log up to date
    • Researching items where there is inconsistency in the orders with Purchasing team
    • Work to receive all items dropped daily
  • Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of all received goods, update inventory systems, and ensure proper storage according to organizational standards.
    • Assisting with labeling and putting away parts
    • Emailing PO and tracking information to needed parts for IR and Expense PO
    • Completing Work Orderless, RMA's and Reworks Receipts accurately and timely.
    • Escalating Issue to Manager
    • Scan daily receipts for record keeping
      • Supply copies of scanned receipts upon request
  • Receiving
    • Track Hot Orders daily from the Receiving Log
    • Uncrating and unpacking sensitive high value material
    • Unloading semi-trailer
