Job Title: Licensed Psychologist
Location: Watonga, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
Relocation: Full package provided
Signing Bonus: Negotiable
Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dedicated clinical team providing comprehensive mental health services within a secure correctional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated treatment.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and functioning.
- Make regular rounds in segregation and other housing areas to assess mental health and adjustment.
- Deliver individual counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services.
- Provide expert consultation to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding behavioral or psychological issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and facility standards.
Must-Haves:
- Active Oklahoma Psychologist License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical psychology experience (school psychology experience not accepted).
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Watonga, OK .
Preferred:
- Experience in correctional, forensic, or behavioral health settings.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
