**Job Description:**
+ **MUST HAVE ER EXPERIENCE**
+ Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and proficiency in EMR documentation. Develops and executes unit-based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.
+ Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.
+ Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director, providing feedback to nursing staff including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
+ Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes.
+ Provides objective information for employee's 90-day and yearly performance evaluations.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and must be adaptable to new software programs. (Required)
**Education:**
- Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
**Field of Study:**
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing Required
**Work Experience:**
- 3+ years of clinical experience (Required)

**Licenses and Certifications:**
- Registered Nurse (RN) (Required)
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) (Required)
