PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Produce diagnostic images of soft tissues.
* Prepare examination room and equipment for use as needed.
* Position and monitor patients throughout the exam.
* Answer questions regarding the examination.
* Ensure safety for both patients and staff.
* Process routine paperwork.
* File reports.
* Follow organizational policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
* Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
