Summary of Duties
Receive calls and greet visitors. Direct callers and visitors to appropriate individual. Provide secretarial and general office support. Assist in performing purchasing and accounts payable duties.
Essential Job Functions
* Answer telephone; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
* Greet visitors. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
* Receive requests from within the facility and locate employees.
* Maintain a current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of employees, department extensions, key employees, etc.
* Report suspicious persons/information immediately.
* Perform general office duties including typing, answering telephone, maintaining files, photocopying and faxing.
* Complete purchase order request forms as directed.
* Receive invoices and completes
