SUMMARY:
As part of the Client Service Representative Team, you will help set the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
As a CSR, you must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment, be able to handle diffistrong attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment, be able to handle difficult cases and clients, and have outstanding communication skills.cult cases and clients, and have outstanding communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Captures and reviews daily charges from the Electrical Medical Records via WoofWare, to ensure standard coding and billing guidelines are followed correctly.
* Communicates effectively and respectfully, both in verbal and written form, with providers or clinical staff to obtain missing or incomplete information as well as updating owners regarding finances
* Provides treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient diagnostics, procedures and hospitalization in a timely manner
* Accurately posts all payments paid at the time of service to the patient's
