We specialize in operating best-in-class properties in North Conway Village and at the base of Attitash.
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to work with our team at Attitash Mt. Village , the 2nd largest lodging facility in NH.

You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Correctly use the Front Desk Process
- Provide the highest level of Customer Service and Satisfaction Daily
- Communicate effectively with guests and other departments on general Front Desk topics and customer needs
- Achieve high Revinate Guest Survey Scores for check-in/check-out, staff friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge
You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Enter new reservations, check room availability, change, and cancel existing reservations
- Welcome and promptly respond to guests' requests and concerns
- Answer questions and provide area information
- Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to handle guest requests
- Set wake-up calls, distribute resort information to guests and ensure the Front Desk and common areas are tidy.
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
- Guest review scores of 4.5 or higher for check in/check out
- Guest review scores of 4.5 or higher helpfulness and friendliness
- Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 70 or higher
