Outside Sales Representative

This is not a retail or call-center sales job. Right Hand Rhino is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window-cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses. You'll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you like autonomy, field sales, and being paid for results, this role fits.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts.
• Swing 50 commercial doors a day.
• Sell recurring window-cleaning services by walking in to each business in your area.
• Work assigned territories and self-source leads.
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
• Coordinate with local operations.
• Track activity using simple CRM tools.

This is an active, field-based sales rolenot a desk job.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $31,200/year.
• 8% uncapped commission.
• Performance bonuses.
• Expected first-year earnings: $60,000$80,000.
