A role within Systems' Customer Experience and Technical Support group.
Expected to successfully obtain missing information or details as required to ensure a thorough understanding of each purchase order and project, build and maintain relationships with representatives, specifiers and customers; establish and maintain customer goodwill; maintain effective dialog with representatives and specifiers to determine customer needs and market information related to quote requests. Partner with sales, engineering and accounting to follow up to close RFQs, clarifications, opportunities, quotes and orders; track, manage and communicate to coordinate the above.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree
- Experience: 3+ years of contract processing or related experience
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems such as ERP, database applications, etc.
- Strong ability to be detail oriented by analyzing data to check for errors, inaccuracies, and ensure orders are entered and maintained correctly
The pay range for this position is $20.91 - $32.52/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
