Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy Preferred Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy Required Licensure/Certification: Current Florida Physical Therapy license OR temporary Physical Therapist permit with the requirement of obtaining valid Florida Physical Therapy license within 60 days of date of hire/
