The Opportunity
We're looking for a Benefit Client Advisor who thrives on ownership. You'll manage a robust book of business in the Business Insurance space - serving as the primary point of contact, strategic advisor, and problem-solver for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a high-visibility role with real autonomy and a direct line to leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own the client relationship end-to-end - from onboarding and renewals to day-to-day support and strategic planning
- Lead the full renewal process, driving outcomes that protect both the client's interests and the firm's retention goals
- Build customized service plans and conduct in-person and virtual benefits education sessions that genuinely move the needle
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and grow
