We're looking for a mission-driven Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our collaborative team and provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model. If you're passionate about health equity and want to work in a supportive, inclusive environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds
* Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
* Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more
* Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
* Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance
* Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
What You Bring
* DDS or DMD with a valid Oregon dental license
* CPR/First Aid certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
