Transdevin Salinas, CA, is hiring a Payroll/Human Resource Manager.This position assists the General Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll and HR functions. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. This position is 100% on-site!
Transdev is proud to offer:
+ Competitive compensation package of minimum $80,000 - Maximum $100,000
Benefits include:
+ Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
+ Sick days: 5 days
+ Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:
+ Process new employee files and submit paperwork for approval.
+ Calculate and input payroll for drivers and staff.
+ Track attendance for part-time employees.
+ Handle fare reconciliation and deposits.
+ Assist in tracking and reducing overtime.
+ Full-cycle recruiting: review applications, schedule interviews, and hire candidates.
+ Create and maintain employee files and onboarding paperwork.
+ Manage payroll, leaves of absence, and FMLA tracking.
+ Educate employees on benefits.
+ Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify.
