**How you'll make an impact in this role**
+ Ensure a sterile and fully equipped operating room environment, meticulously preparing the field for a safe and successful surgical experience.
+ Facilitate the surgical procedure by expertly anticipating and passing sterile instruments and supplies to the surgeon and actively assisting with critical tasks, including the provision of hemostasis.
+ Manage all surgical instruments, meticulously tracking and accounting for counts throughout the procedure to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and compliance.
+ Support optimal patient care by assisting the surgical team with safe patient transport, correct positioning, and sterile draping before the start of the procedure.
**What minimum requirements you'll need**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job
