Collaborates with management in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the department.

Job Responsibility
* Collaborates with department leadership including chairperson, director of patient care services and administrative director to facilitate continuous process improvement, raising the standard of care delivery through frontline team engagement
* Provides clinical expertise and quality assessment for the successful referral,
