Position Overview
The Hamidian Training Institute (HTI), affiliated with the Aaron Center, is seeking a highly skilled and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in a key clinical and leadership role within our expanding IBHS program. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape new programming while influencing the quality, structure, and long-term clinical direction of services.
Kids are our primary focus. This role will primarily support programming designed for children ages 3 to 6 who are not yet ready for a traditional school environment. While early childhood services are central to the program, services may extend to children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21 as clinical needs arise. Candidates must be comfortable working across developmental stages while maintaining strong clinical standards.
HTI is a non-profit organization, making this role eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for qualified candidates.
This is an ideal position for a BCBA who wants more than caseload management - it is designed for a clinician ready to step into a visible role with meaningful influence on program growth and clinical excellence.
