Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus

We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our small, supportive center in Oklahoma City. If you want flexibility, manageable caseloads, and a team that values your voice, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:
* Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
* Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
* Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes
Requirements:
* Active BCBA and LBA
* Experience working with individuals with autism
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
* Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with ABA data collection software preferred
* Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
