Position Highlights:
- Primarily inpatient-focused role with a flexible schedule
- Work 4 days per week in the hospital
- Half day per week in the outpatient clinic
- Manageable daily census: 15-20 hospital patients per day
- Assigned to only 1-2 hospitals out of the group's 14 locations
- Shared call coverage: 1 in 4 weekends
- Majority of your time dedicated to inpatient care
