Join us, and bring your passion for cuisine to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ocala, FL, for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, upholding food safety standards, managing inventory, and ensuring cost-effective operations. The Executive Chef will also lead the development of innovative menus, train team members, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers. Qualifications Expertise in menu planning, recipe creation, and live fire cooking techniques Strong leadership, team management, and training skills Experience with inventory management, cost control, and kitchen budgeting In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team Prior experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
