General Manager – Boutique Hotel Location:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager to lead our boutique luxury 4-star hotel in Palm Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitable performance. You will lead a dedicated team, manage day-to-day operations, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, optimize revenue, and maintain our reputation as a premier luxury destination. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence. Guest Experience: Develop and implement guest service protocols that exceed the expectations of our discerning clientele. Oversee guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve the guest experience. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel’s annual budget, oversee revenue management strategies, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive cost-control initiatives to meet financial targets. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across all departments. Foster a collaborative, customer-focused work culture and conduct regular performance reviews. Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute local marketing campaigns and special events, maximizing occupancy and revenue. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and labor regulations. Maintain quality standards consistent with a boutique luxury 4-star brand. Strategic Planning: Lead long-term strategic planning efforts to identify opportunities for growth, enhance operational efficiencies, and maintain competitive market positioning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). A minimum of 5+ years of management experience in a luxury hotel or boutique hospitality environment. Proven track record in operational leadership, guest service excellence, and financial management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and revenue management systems.
