Multi-Unit Manager
oversees the operations of multiple quick-service restaurant locations, ensuring exceptional performance in customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and developing store managers, driving sales growth, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Strong operational knowledge: inventory, labor management, food safety, P&L oversight. Focus on exceptional customer service and brand standards. Ability to manage multiple locations and adapt to challenges. Willingness to travel regularly between locations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in restaurant management software. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
