As a Coordinator on the Design & Construction team, you will support the day-to-day coordination with the Design & Construction team.

Support
the Design & Construction department in managing the day-to-day coordination of paperwork (contracts, invoices, purchase orders, commitment documents, paperwork), maintaining project schedules, delivery coordination and maintaining accurate information in our CM systems. Work closely with members of the Design & Construction Department in
maintaining and assisting
in the administration of the vast and diverse design and construction projects. Process and maintain
the administrative functions of the Design & Construction department and, escalating relevant information to department directors as needed. Strong communication Skills
with the ability to report to internal teams and Residents on project status, Resident impact and timelines. Work
with both the D&C, ART, and Lead teams on scheduling, coordination, and processing. Special Projects
- ability to assist with special team requirements as time permits. What you should have:
Organizational
and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Superb professionalism
and ability to maintain data, processes, and documents. The
technical experience
to efficiently use a variety of software platforms. A
desire to grow
and take on ever increasing responsibility. Construction Cost Accounting, Contract Management and IAI Experience. The ability to
connect with others
to keep the team aligned and focused. An
analytical ability
to collect and use information to solve complex problems. The
discipline and willingness
to do what needs to be done. A
love
for doing
what others won't and solving difficult problems. A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too. Desire to work in a fast paced environment.

Hourly Rate:
$33.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
