Sales Lead Coordinator (In-Office Role)

We are hiring a Sales Lead Coordinator to support our in-home sales team by managing and routing incoming leads. This role acts as the central point of coordination—ensuring the right In-home Sales Representatives are assigned to the right opportunities to maximize revenue and efficiency. What We Offer Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Insurance available after 31 days (low-cost medical plans available) Dental, vision, HSA/FSA 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Clean office environment with modern tools Career advancement within a national service network What You'll Do Route incoming sales leads to the appropriate In-home Sales Representatives based on location, availability, and opportunity value Manage and prioritize hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities Coordinate scheduling between customers and sales representatives Monitor lead flow and adjust assignments to ensure balanced coverage and productivity Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities Communicate with field sales reps to ensure alignment on schedules and expectations Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support reporting needs Provide a high level of customer service through outbound and inbound communication What You Need 2 years of Dispatch, Customer Services (inbound/outbound) or Sales Coordinator experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in an in-office, phone-heavy role Flexible availability for assigned shifts and occasional weekends Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling tools Must pass background check and drug screening This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
