Guitar Technician

Guitar Center is seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to perform professional setups, repairs, and maintenance on acoustic and electric guitars and basses in our Retail environment. In this Skilled Labor role, you’ll diagnose playability and electronics issues, complete fretwork, intonation, and hardware adjustments, and ensure every instrument meets performance-ready standards. You’ll collaborate with sales associates to support customers in finding and optimizing their gear while contributing to a vibrant, inclusive culture where passion for music, creativity, and innovation thrive.
