RN ICU Float Pool

In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs, adapting quickly to diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities include complex assessments, ventilator and hemodynamic management, titration of critical drips, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
