Position: Customer Service Representative
Status: Full time with benefits
Shift: Monday - Friday, day shift, 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding phone and email support for our customers. Answer questions about products, pricing, orders, and shipments. Crosstrain and help cover other department positions when necessary (order entry, order quality control, customer service rep).
Requirements:
• Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly proficient on a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills.
*The hiring process could include a phone interview, online skills assessments that must be completed on a desktop computer and/or an in-person interview*
