We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to own and execute our end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be the central point of accountability for moving products from ideation through to production. You will not just track progress; you will actively drive it, enforcing prioritization, securing necessary resources, and ensuring quality gates are met at every stage.
Core Responsibilities:
* End-to-End SDLC Ownership: Ultimately responsible for releasing a committed set of features to production on schedule without incident. This includes managing the complete lifecycle of technical delivery, ensuring seamless transitions through our defined phases: Ideation, Requirements, Design, Delivery, Testing, and Deployment.
* Requirements & Design Readiness: Partner with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, Sales) to ensure requirements are locked, acceptance criteria are clearly defined, and testability is validated before technical design begins.
* Resource & Priority Enforcement: Actively monitor project health and dynamically negotiate/reallocate engineering and testing resources to ensure critical path items are prioritized and delivered on time.
* Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee the "Tech Delivery" phase, acting as the primary driver to keep engineering unblocked. Ensure rigorous adherence to testing, approval, and rejection protocols before any code moves forward.
* Release Management: Own the deployment pipeline. Coordinate the release to Beta environments, manage Customer Validation feedback loops, and authorize final deployments to Production.
* Reporting & Transparency: Provide executive-level reporting on velocity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization. Call out risks early and bring actionable solutions to leadership.
* Success Metrics: Track and manage key success metrics, including but not limited to:
* On-time delivery rate across releases
* Reduction in release defects or escaped defects
* % of committed scope delivered
* Improvement in engineering throughput or predictability
