Role Overview
LG Technology Ventures is seeking an experienced, Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help ensure the smooth, effective operation of our leadership team. This opportunity is located at our office in Santa Clara, CA. It is an in-office position.
This is intended to be a long-term, trusted partner role focused primarily on executive support, with additional exposure to team coordination, operations, and people-related processes. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO on priorities, scheduling, and execution, while also supporting internal coordination that helps the organization operate efficiently.
Over time, there is opportunity to expand scope into broader operational or people-focused responsibilities for individuals who are interested-but first and foremost, this role is designed for an accomplished Executive Assistant who takes pride in the EA profession.
What You'll Do
Executive Support to the CEO (Primary Responsibility)
* Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, acting as a trusted partner in managing time, priorities, and follow-through
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across time zones
* Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
* Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting documentation
* Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and execution
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
* Support selective coordination with the leadership team as needed
Office Operations & Team Coordination
* Support day-to-day office and team operations to maintain an organized, efficient work environment
* Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and company-wide events
* Maintain internal documentation, calendars, and operational processes
* Manage relationships with office vendors and external service providers
* Prepare structured updates, summaries, and internal communications
People & Culture Support
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience
* Help maintain internal policies and people-related documentation
* Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
* Contribute to clear internal communication and team alignment
Financial & Administrative Support
* Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative finance coordination
* Assist with budget tracking and basic financial reporting
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative records
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
* Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) highly preferred
* Proven ability to support senior executives in fast-paced environments
* Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and professional judgment
* High ownership, reliability, and discretion
* Comfort coordinating across cultures, time zones, and stakeholders
* Familiarity with administrative finance or accounting processes is a plus
Please note: this will start as a contract position, not a direct hire role with LG. We expect the contract duration to last around 3 months with the expectation that this will convert to a full-time direct hire with LG after that period of time.
Compensation: the target hourly pay rate is between $35 to $45/hour. Pay will be determined based on the candidates experience.
