Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a - 7p
Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000
Responsibilities
* Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
* Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
* Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
* Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
* Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
* Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
* Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
* 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
* Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
* Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
