Alliance Counseling Associates is growing again - and we're looking for a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! If you're passionate about helping children and teens build resilience, navigate life's challenges, and thrive emotionally, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a team that truly supports you. As a Children's Therapist with Alliance Counseling, you'll provide therapy to clients 18 and under in a nurturing, client-centered environment. You'll work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure every child receives the personalized care they deserve.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapy for children, teens, and families
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Address issues such as anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and adjustment
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and care teams to support holistic progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based practices

• What You'll Need:
  • Active Kentucky licensure: LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or LPP
  • Experience or passion for working with children, teens, and families
  • Dedication to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
