* General construction experience.
* Some knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and metal stud framing are preferred but not required.
* Possess knowledge to safely and effectively use building maintenance tools and equipment.
* Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment, including heavy equipment and power tools, in a safe and efficient manner. Forklift certification preferred but not required.
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.
* Ability to learn and execute new skills.
* Ability to take direction.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the facility management team.
* Good interpersonal communication skills.
* Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
* Ability to lift/pull minimum of 50 lbs.
* Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles between locations.
