We are seeking an experienced Neuro interventional Radiologic Technologist to support advanced imaging and interventional procedures in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role requires strong expertise in both Interventional Radiology (IR) and neuro interventional procedures , along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during neurointerventional and IR procedures
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment ensuring high-quality imaging
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Monitor and position patients during procedures
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Participate in on-call rotation (every other weekend)
Required Qualifications:
- Associate s degree in Radiologic Technology
- Active ARRT (R) certification
- Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- Current BLS certification
Required Experience:
- Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Experience in Neurointerventional procedures
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and interventional techniques
- Attention to detail and patient safety
- Ability to work in high-pressure clinical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
