We already offer psychological testing and have a consistent demand that exceeds our current capacity. We're now hiring a psychologist to help expand and further develop this service line within a supportive, systems-driven environment.
Our practice is designed so clinicians can focus on clinical work, not administrative burden, aligning with best practices for scalable group models.
The Opportunity (This Is What Makes This Role Stand Out)
This is not a "start from scratch" testing role.
This is an opportunity to:
- Step into an existing, in-demand testing service
- Receive built-in referrals from day one
- Help shape and grow a profitable and scalable niche within the practice
- Maintain a balanced caseload (testing + optional therapy)
You'll have the infrastructure of a group practice with the autonomy of a specialist.
What You'll Do
Assessment (Primary Focus)
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (e.g., ADHD, ASD, diagnostic clarification, learning concerns)
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments
- Write clear, efficient, and clinically meaningful reports
- Provide feedback sessions to clients and families
Therapy (Optional but Encouraged for Balance)
- Maintain a therapy caseload (customizable based on your preference)
- Provide evidence-based treatment aligned with your expertise
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate with our referral network and internal clinicians
- Contribute to shaping and refining testing processes
- Option to develop a specialty niche (e.g., pediatric testing, adult ADHD, autism evaluations)

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in (State)
- Strong experience with psychological testing and report writing
- Competence with commonly used assessment tools (e.g., WAIS, WISC, ADOS, etc.)
- Experience with (children/adolescents/adults - customize)
- Strong diagnostic and conceptualization skills

We offer a competitive and transparent compensation model designed to reward both testing and therapy work:
Example Structure (customize):
- Testing: $X-$X per completed evaluation (or % split)
- Therapy: $X per session (or % split)

Most of our testing psychologists reach full caseloads quickly due to strong referral demand.
